From Grassroot Organization to Professional NGO

Time To Stand Up For Israel (TTSUFI) is established in 2014 by Sabine Sterk after the terror attack in Har Nof on the 18th of November 2014 where 4 rabbi’s and a Druzen police-officer were killed. We have almost 10.000 members from all parts of society, i.e. Jews, Christians, Secular, etc.

The community is still growing and based on two main objectives:

Israel has the right to exist
Israel has the right to defend herself.

We commit ourselves to:

*Counter the hate and misinformation of the BDS movement.
*Fight against Labeling of products from Judea and Samaria, the Golan Heights and East Jerusalem
*Countering the media bias against Israel
*Fight against Antisemitism.
*Expose Palestinian propaganda by telling the truth.
*Show love and solidarity with Israel
*Support the Israeli and Jewish tourist visiting Amsterdam.

Achievements:

*A big Pro Israel rally on March the 1st 2015 at the Dam square
*Writing Letters to the Dutch and EU parliament to pressure them not to take Anti-Israel decisions
*A big demonstration against the invitation of Haneen Zoabi during the alternative Kristallnacht commemoration. (She filed a complaint against us later)
*A demonstration in front of the Parliament at The Hague, on February the 6th and May the 26th, protesting against the labeling of Israeli goods.
*We organized a warm welcome for Netanyahu on September the 6th 2016.
*We welcomed the Israeli Marathon Runners in Amsterdam
*We attend a lot of events of Israel haters to show them a different opinion
*Also due to us several extremist events where cancelled or investigated by the authorities. Like the Hamas Child camp and event in support of ‘palestinian’ prisoners.
*4 years we are present on Dam Square, with our action” Operation Truth For Israel’ Prior the name was “ Operation Hungry pigeon”
*Celebrate 70 years of Israel with 3 actions in different cities
*Fundraising and buying trees for Israel after the arsons in 2016
*Several actions to support the city bond between Tel Aviv (Ramallah) and Amsterdam
*A support action on Kikar Zion in Jerusalem 2016 “from Holland with love”

We are now ready to proceed and make our Organization more Professional. On linkedin we created a company page for Time To Stand Up For Israel    .When we have enough followers we are planning to start fundraising and invite a lot of  people that have a message to tell or just support us  to join our NGO.  We are planning to organize huge events: like:
  • Organize debates between Pro Israel and Anti Israel persons, but with a different way of debating like: Pro Israel defends for 5 minutes the opinion of the opponent and visa versa, with public and media.. and panels
  • Organize trips to Israel, with groups of Journalists etc, to show them the real Israel
  • make programs and start to give lectures on schools and in universities
  • Advertisements in countries to create awareness
  • Local events, celebrating shabbat with your Jewish neighbors

For this we need Funds and hands. Please join us on Linkedin and Facebook and let’s make a difference.

About The other side Is Real

My name is Sabine Sterk and since I was very young I was a fanatic Israeli supporter. My father worked for the UNTSO and was sent to the Middle East when I was 12 years old. I lived in Syria and Israel and saw from a young age the difference between the cultures… When I returned to the Netherlands I noticed that the Anti Israel sentiment was increasing and I started to fight this. I admire Israel for all the good things that are achieved in the country. I am not religious and my motto is: Israel has the right to exist and Israel has the right to defend herself. As long as I live I will stand up for Israel and speak out on behalf of her. My ultimate dream is to find work in Israel or for Israel… I still hope to Fulfill that dream anytime soon… There is nothing I want more. I am passionate, a true Zionist supporter, enthusiastic, impulsive, impatient, honest but always try to live the best I can.
